Pilates for Strong Bones

Pilates for Strong Bones is a terrific Pilates workout for all bodies, and safe for anyone diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia.
The program includes special work to help stimulate bone growth in key areas.
Handouts will be provided with information on safe movements, to empower you to take care of yourself in group classes.
This is an exercise class. Please dress in exercise clothes. You must be able to get down and up off the floor to participate in this workshop.
