The Buddha described himself as “one who lives in happiness.” Early Buddhist texts describe practitioners of meditation as “smiling and cheerful, sincerely joyful, and plainly delighting, living in ease and unruffled.”

Connect to your innate joy and happiness!

  • Reduce stress, stabilize emotions, feel your best.

  • Live your most meaningful life.

  • Sleep better, improve health and well being.

Meditators of all levels will benefit from this combination of yoga and meditation practice, with support from community and an experienced teacher.

Meditation can be easy, simple, refreshing and grounding. And meditation is a natural part of the yoga practice.

  • Body-scan meditation—Quiets mind, relieves stress, aids sleep

  • Mantra meditation—Uplifting, calming, centering

  • Mindfulness meditation—Simple, timeless wisdom

Sessions include:

  • Three Saturday 2-hour workshops, practicing with Chintamani Kansas (aka “C”), Senior Instructor at mang’Oh

  • Gift of mala beads for mantra practice

  • 45 minutes of full-body, deep stretching and yoga, involving seated and reclining poses—safe and effective for all bodies

  • Clear Meditation Instruction

  • Meaningful Meditation Time to explore the practice

  • Community Q & A

  • Resources to support ongoing practice

  • Recordings of the guided meditations to play at home

  • Chairs or floor cushions, to support comfort of all participants

Please note: Participants must be willing to get down and up from the floor at least one time to participate in the yoga stretching. Assistance will be provided, upon request.

Please dress in layers, as we will be sitting and moving.

Investment:  $100.00 for all 3 sessions to deepen practice

Day passes available for those unable to attend all 3 sessions
