Backbends help stretch and strengthen the body in so many ways, but they can feel challenging physically, and and be tricky to do safely.  Luckily, all you need is a little knowledge and practice to find the best way to tailor the poses to your body--and gain all the benefits with none of the striving.


Join Chintamani on Friday, February 28, 6:30 - 8:00 pm for a delicious Hatha yoga class focusing on backbending, followed by detailed discussion and practice.  You will come away feeling empowered, aligned, energized and graceful.

This class is a Hatha Yoga Class and is safe for people with Osteopenia and Osteoporosis.

Please dress in layers as we will be moving and sitting still.
