Yoga is not a "luxury."  It is a necessity.  In our fast-paced lives, it is easy to wake up every day with a mind full of tasks, obligations, deadlines and stress.  Our bodies and minds pay the price.

Private/semi-private lessons by appointment.

All yoga classes are designed to condition your body, support your well-being, and calm your mind. All classes combine elements for  balance, posture, joint mobility, bone density, stress reduction and connection to joy. 

Hatha Yoga:  Classic yoga incorporating therapeutic components, stretching, and calm pace. Detailed instructions help prevent injuries and support mindfulness.  No Sun Salutations.  Safe for people with injuries and osteoporosis.

Vinyasa Yoga:  Dynamic flowing yoga. Moments of brisk pace followed by sustained postures.  Moderate to Vigorous.  Includes Sun Salutations.  Challenges offered as well as modifications.  May include deep stretches and arm balances.

Hatha Flow and Basic Flow:  Classic yoga incorporating therapeutic components, stretching, and calm pace. Detailed instructions help prevent injuries and support mindfulness.  2-4 Sun Salutations or modified sun salutations.  

Core Yoga:  Classic yoga combined with Pilates-style movements to strengthen the core in a meaningful way.  No sun salutations. Challenging yet accomodating to injuries.

Yoga/Core Yoga for Strong Bones:   Strong Bones classes offer all the same benefits, but are specifically designed for people with injuries, Osteopenia and Osteoporosis.  This class is still challenging enough for anyone to enjoy.  Special movements added to support bone density.

Chintamani's Zoom classes are donation-based.  $15.00 donation suggested--$5.00 for Seniors. Pay what feels right.

Musical Suggestions

I cannot play music over streaming services.  If you enjoy music, I recommend you play music softly from a device on your end.  Not the same device you're streaming the class from.  If you use Spotify, I have a number of playlists and albums easy to see.  If you prefer to purchase your music, you can purchase those albums via any platform you like.  I also was able to find some live streaming music for free on YouTube.  To access my playlists, click the Spotify link, below.
