Yoga is not a "luxury."  It is a necessity.  In our fast-paced lives, it is easy to wake up every day with a mind full of tasks, obligations, deadlines and stress.  Our bodies and minds pay the price.

Within minutes of doing yoga, you will feel more energized, graceful and centered.  You can reduce and often prevent physical and mental pain and discomfort.

We need Yoga, Movement, Breathing and Meditation now more than ever.  All of these have been proven to reduce stress, and that directly correlates to immune health.  I have 2 ways to take classes with me now, and more are in the works!

I have created a number of playlists I truly love for dynamic vinyasa flows.  However, I can't play them on my end while teaching online, as it makes it harder to hear my verbal instructions.  So on my Spotify profile I put several chill playlists that you can play in the background in your apartment to create an ambiance, without worrying about the play order.  Grab a speaker and head on over to my profile by clicking on the Spotify icon.
