Yoga is not a "luxury."  It is a necessity.  In our fast-paced lives, it is easy to wake up every day with a mind full of tasks, obligations, deadlines and stress.  Our bodies and minds pay the price.
You Deserve Wellness and Happiness

Within minutes of doing yoga, you can feel more energized, graceful and centered.  You can reduce and often prevent physical and mental pain and discomfort.

We need Yoga, Movement, Breathing and Meditation now more than ever.  All of these have been proven to reduce stress, and that directly correlates to immune health and a sense of well-being.

Join me in some safe, sustainable, body-positive yoga for all ages.  Currently teaching In-Person Yoga Classes & Private Lessons at The Yoga Common.  If you prefer to practice online, I also offer classes and lessons via Zoom.

The Lenape lived in the area that is now known as New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania, southeastern New York State, northern Delaware and a small section of southeastern Connecticut. The Lenape believe in walking softly on Mother Earth.
