Announcements
For the Sirovich Folks:
Sheryl Fuller is an executive at Sirovich. She is retiring. I have never met her, but the work she does behind the scenes makes the programs at Sirovich possible. Can you write “Thank You, or Thank You, Sheryl” on a piece of paper? On Tuesday we will hold up our Thank Yous and I will take a photograph of the computer screen. I will send it to Xiomara and she will put it in a scrapbook.
Everyone: Do you like this new format for the newsletter?

Monster Mash
By Bobby Pickitt
I was working in the lab, late one night
When my eyes beheld an eerie sight
For my monster from his slab, began to rise
And suddenly to my surprise
He did the mash, he did the monster mash
The monster mash, it was a graveyard smash
He did the mash, it caught on in a flash
He did the mash, he did the monster mash

Meditation
Contemplation on No Coming, No Going
This body is not me.
I am not limited by this body.
I am life without boundaries.
I have never been born,
and I have never died.
Look at the ocean and the sky filled with stars,
manifestations from my wondrous true mind.
Since before time, I have been free.
Birth and death are only doors through which we pass,
sacred thresholds on our journey.
Birth and death are a game of hide-and-seek.
So laugh with me,
hold my hand,
let us say good-bye,
say good-bye,
to meet again soon.
We meet today.
We will meet again tomorrow.
We will meet at the source every moment.
We meet each other in all forms of life.
